Not necessarily. You can get into some bad coding adventures using things like:
RETURN 5
If you make changes, who knows what '5' will become?
If you need to use Setfocus to move somewhere, and want to keep things OOPish, use the Lostfocus, which handles Setfocus properly. RETURN in Valid is primarily just good for staying where you are.
