Yes it true. I whant to have two card so I can use my NT server as a Web Server on with my Cable Modem.

So what I need is a Boot disk with the configuration software of the Network card to configue the cards before I boot the PC in NT.

My guess is that the card is grabbing a resource needed by some other NT resource - an interrupt, DMA channel or block of memory are likely candidates. If the card is PnP, it's likely that you'll need to configure it before installation and adjuist the settings for the NIC by hand.
