You heard right. I was at the MSDN Back to campus event this past Tuesday and they announced a Feb. 17th release date for Win2000.

If I were to hazard a WAG, I'd say they're probably about to burn the CDs now, if it hasn't already. From what I know, I think that Win2K is the primary platform at MS right now. As you may know, the next version of VFP was demoed on that platform at the last DevCon.
