I am at somewhat of a loss here.

From within a grid (and while it has focus), I need an object reference to the column or control that has the focus.

I would have though that

oColumn = THIS.Columns(THIS.ActiveColumn)

would do it, but gives odd results if the columns have been rearranged.

Anybody got a slick way to do this?
