I will like ask some basic Qs on VFP report designs. When I start designing a report, it seems that the report is tied to a specific printer's format and paper dimension. When I opened the same report in another PC, the report format seems to be truncated. Do you really need to tie the report design format to a specific printer and dimension when you start designing? I am worry because I do not know what printer my client has and if I design my report in Epson, it may not run over there. Can anyone give me advice on the steps needed to be considered?

What is the most commom fonts use in Report design? (Please consider clients using DOt-Matrix printer)
