Yes indeed, I work right upstairs from it, and have spent much time down below there. A very appropriate building for a stamp collector to work in: the renovated old Post Office Building, housing now the Postal Museum in addition to my BLS.

They do have a pretty good world stamp collection available to browse, but it's kind of hidden away - you have know where to look. And they have special exhibits, like Duck stamps, and currently in the "Vault" there is an exhibit of some items that were retrieved from the Titanic, with stories on the postal crew which perished on it...they change this every few months.
