I need to create a form with navigation controls on top, and a container object (for example a page frame) beneath which will contain many objects, and can be scrolled vertically and horizontally (the size of information on the pageframe will ALWAYS be larger than the visible form). The end look would not be too dissimilar from a standard web browser, except that it will not be used for anything internet related.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to accomplish this?
