>>I have spent 6 weeks writing an application for a client and it runs beautifully under VFP5.0. It was written on Windows NT 3.51 as the platform, and is to be installed on 20 stand-alone PC's running Win95. I have created a set of distribution disks and installed it on a laptop a week ago. Today, we went to create the final distribution, and when we tried to install it, we go 2 errors after the install, trying to run the exe.

>Make sure you checked the option to include the VFP500.DLL during the setup wizard. You didn't mention if the network setup is one you're attached to or not. If so, it works because you have VFP500.DLL with VFP. Try running the application on another users PC that doesn't have VFP installed and it will most likely fail to start.

I do have the box checked to include vfp500.dll. I downloaded the upgrade to the setup wizard, from MS$ last night. I also created another set of setup disks on a different machine. If all else fails, I will uninstall VFP from the development machine and reinstall it. I'm totally baffled by this one. thanks for the reply...
