I haven't tried this but I read somewhere that it is only necessary to have the object code (stored in the "objcode" field in the vcx) for the library to function. You supposedly can delete the source code in the "methods" field. Be easy enough to try with a dummy vcx. Don't remember what the source of this info was but I read it just recently.
