Along with copying the content of NetSetup to the root of the CD-Rom, copy your programs icon file and a text file called autorun.inf containing the following 3 lines:

[AutoRun]
OPEN=SETUP.EXE
ICON=MAIN.ICO

Of course SETUP.EXE is the name of the program that starts your setup and MAIN.ICO is the name of your icon file.
