You can get the full documentation by obtaining the MSDN Library Subscription; It contains the documentation for the operating systems, SDKs, the Office Products and the Programming Languages, plus other stuff. If you have a copy of VFP6 Professional, Visual Studio 6 Professional or Enterprise, or a number of other MS products, you may be able to get a one year subscription to the MSDN Library for free - there's a FAQ entry here that lists the qualifying products and gives a link to the MS web site with more details.

If you have the MS Office Developer Edition, the information is there, too.
