Hi there,

I am trying to print a simple product catalogue using the foxpro report designer. It is landscape with 3 columns.
In the detail band I have a field: ProductName (charater)
Below that I have a field: Details (memo)stretch with overflow, remove if blank.
Below that i have a square box for the Pict (general) field. It is an OLE bound control because some records have bmp line drawings. It is set to remove if blank.

The report works fine until it gets near the bottom. Then it leaves a wasted blank space and forces printing to go into the next column.

I seem to think it looks at the report designer, and tries to work-out if it could print a Name, a Detail line and a Picture in the bottom column space left. If it can't, then it forces printing into the next column. However, much of the time the products that are due to print next do not have Details or Pictures. And 3 or 4 more products could still fit into the space below before it reaches the bottom of the page.

Is there a way to correct this, so that you do not get this wasted space at the bottom of the page?
