Still...it is a fact that there are billions of cobol program lines out there.

And, I would dare say that for the most part, now new C/S, multi-tier, web-based projects of any note, are being launched with Cobol. If I am wrong, then please feel free to correct me.

I am sure we would all agree that Cobol is not at the forefront of cutting-edge development today...
