I'm not in contact with those developers, they work for another contractor, so I don't know a whole lot about what they are doing. I do know that PB has lost alot of market share and is facing stiff competition from Oracle's own GUI tools. It was real hot a few years ago, but has fallen out of favor.
As for Delphi, I hear it is a good GUI tool but the local data engine leaves alot to be desired. Delphi is good for creating ActiveX controls and writing device drivers and things like that, but for database work, VFP is probaly better because its a data-centric language.
