Our system habitually hangs after trying to print 3 to 4 types of reports (that is what i think caused it since it only happens after users print reports then search for records). I tried running the system in standalone or print from a local printer. But still no avail.

Does print spool resides in memory? If not, then, why should the system hang after printing the same reports and not at the first time of printing? If printing does eat up memory, what's the best thing to do?

Could anyone please give suggestions as what causes these nuisances.
