Cuurently I'm involver in a migration project in which my FPW app is replace with navision.

I must say that i'm fairly impressed by its capabilities, but to answer your question: No I don't have much experience with navision (Yet), but from the outside it looks pretty well, though it's not hard to find the less beutifull stuff also.
