Ive' seen this one too. I suspect that because Navision uses a lot of filters it could have something to do with the VFP filtered grid behaviour.

Also check that the print and preview buttons are highlighted even when there is nothing to print.. Anotherone that has been buggin me is that some windows standard function key (like F4 for opening a combobox) don't work.
