Hi All,

I have a SQL SELECT statement that selects data into an array. The array is passed to an Excel spreadsheet for a report. One field in the VFP table is defined as 99.999. I don't "control" the data format. The user wants that field in the Excel column to contain a "%". The problem is that to format the column in Excel with an "%" it automaticaly multiplies by 100.

This is a long way of asking - is there a way, in the SELECT statement, to specify a field divided by 2. "SELECT rate/2 From..... does not seem to work. I've searched several manuals on SQL and see no pertinent examples TIA.

Regards,

Paige
