Here are a few suggestions:

1) Make sure you have installed SP3
2) Create your data to report on from a SQL-Select
3) Start with a very simple report that *just* reports the rows and verify that all are correctly being listed.
4) Once it works, try using this in your real report.
5) If it doesn't, double check all your groupings.
