Folks,
What are your remedies for issues like having the End User change their own passwords on a regular schedule and your management of the inevitable "I forgot my password" complaint (and time sink I might add)?
Also, have any of you had any troubles migrating that password change to the desktop? I have had this trouble in the past and wondered if there's an easy way around it.
