I agree - I'm just not sure what that "detective work" is and how to properly "flag" my timestamp field in my cursor so that it will pick it up.

Looking at the view properties for the timestamp field in the dbc (which is mostly compiled code I gather) I do see the phrase NOCPTRANS. I've tried setting that for my timestamp field in my cursor, but to no avail - do you know what that's about and why it is in the DBC for that field?
