Not possible.
Access does not use the HTTP or TCP/IP protocols.
By curiosity, I tried it with Access 2000. I set a Web Folder and tried to open an MDB file. Didn't work.

If you would use SQL Server, it would be possible because it support TCP/IP.



You'll have to download your MDB file every time.
