I have to do it in the script is fine, I just don't know how. Any suggestions, ideas, etc?

>I don't have my HTML book here at work with me, but I do know that it can be validated using Java Script before the form is sent. I've played around with it but can't remember the details. Using HTML alone, it can't be pre-formatted in the manner you would like. Why can't the script that processes the form take care of it?
