Hi Denis,

>Do I do an instruction manual, a help file (WINHELP), a help file(HTML), A presentation (Lotus ScreenCam or MS Powerpoint).

As much as I hate to say it, you need both. THe best split is like this: Anything that reads in paragraph form, should be on paper (like the VFP user's guide), anything that resembelms an indexed list of feautes (like the Language Reference) can be on the computer.

HTML Help is becoming the standard, but doesn't mean a whole lot to me. THe probs with PowerPoint, is not everybody has office, and I wish people would realize this before the say "Automate Word, Automate Excel, Automate Outlook ect.".
