John harvey did a demo of the new Installer from MS that is availble from msdn in the foxpro area. It looks pretty cool and that it's close to install shield express instead of pro.

I think that it's closer to a web based install like the service pack upgrades for NT. Download the beast or just install it from the web. I haven't set up an install shield delivery in years so current versions may do this too.
