One answer, I guess, is to subclass my business object and associate the dataenvironment with the subclass.>

Huh, wonder where I got that idea? Anyway, what I want is to use the event object to encapsulate the inventory transaction for other forms. That means being able to drop my event object on a form, associate my inventory business object to the form's primary business object and let it go. My problem is that other business objects need to be associated with the Inventory business object, and that these business object are created by the event object. I suppose I then need to run the RegisterChildBizObj method, but from where?

Hope you're not as confused as I am!

TIA

Rex
