Then about the only thing I can suggest is to re-install the application, being sure, BTW, that the new run-time library was installed.

A real SWAG here is that the patch was for FPW 2.6a. I believe that there were others that would either upgrade to 2.6a or patch earlier versions. I can't remember which.
