This is so simple that you have probably already checked it. But just in case you have overlooked it, this problem can sometime occur when you make business objects children of one another when they should not be. If business object on page two is made a child of a business object on page one then you will get the "save" question every time you navigate on page one. If they really are not in a BUSINESS OBJECT parent child-relation -- meaning you want saves on the two pages to be completely independent of one anther then double check to make sure you have not set them into a parent child relation...
