Thanks for the reply - it's when I click on the icon I get the problem - clicking on the number is what I want. I hadn't noticed I had started clicking on the icon rather than the number.

If I'd read the message at the bottom on the status bar, I'd have realised. I'm always complaining about my customers not reading the messages I put on the screen to tell them what's happening - I guess I'm no different.
