'Help' on the main VFP6.0 SP3 menu is disabled and yet I can find and run FoxHelp.chm manually from the \Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\MSDN98\98VSa\1033\ directory.

How do I enable it on the main VFP menu so it is accessible each time I run VFP?
