>>>Here is a true story I found too amusing to keep to myself.
>>>
>>>A couple of Japanese fisherman were picked up a few miles offshore clinging to the wreckage of their fishing boat. After being questioned about what happened they were put in jail (why jail, I don't know) because they both insisted that their boat was sank by a cow falling from the sky ("Run away!"). After spending several weeks in jail they were released because authorities found out their story was true. Apparently, a russian cargo plane had problems in flight after one of it's cargo, a cow, escaped it's pen and began rampaging through the plane. There were only two people on the plane, the pilot and co-pilot, and they were unable to contain the cow. Fearing that it would do more damage they opened the cargo bay doors and pushed the cow out at 25,000 feet. The bovine bomb hit the japanese boat dead center sinking it.

>>>Heh. Now that's entertainment.

I just found this story in today's Halifax Herald also. :))
They say it is nominated for the Darwin Award, "a prize for bizarre behaviour and achievment". russian Defence Ministry denies the story, but in Russia we usually say that there is no smoke without the flame... :)
First time I have heard of that several years ago, and never thought it would be so popular worldwide. :))
