Thanks Michel. I've try many way which is stated in the FAQ compiled by Glenn, but it doesn't work, finally I've reinstall VB 4.0 after installing vfp 5.0. MS KB didn't explain this issue very precise, sometime even you've manualy register the .ocx using RegSvr32 with no error, but it just didn't work, still give you the same stupid OLE error code.
