Are you creating your setup on 1.44 meg. disks?

If yes then are you making those disks out of Microsoft Explorer?

If yes then maybe your problem is caused because you did'nt set Microsoft explorer to see the hidden files.

ODBCSFT.DLL is a hidden file. So maybe you made your disks without copying that file.
