MSHelp is an automated system for getting KnowledgeBase articles. All you need to do is send an e-mail to mshelp@microsoft.com with the article number as the subject and the article will be sent by return e-mail. Apparently, it will automatically back-order if an article is not available. I requested Garrett's article a few days ago and got a response that it couldn't be located. This morning a copy of the article showed up in my e-mail.
