I have two seperate problems with the menus.
1) menu item Tools, new sub menue Database Tools - Clean all (do progs\clean_all.prg), Closes all tables, opens exclusive each one, packs it then closes it.
database tools Clear Old (do progs\clear_old.prg) Deletes records for persons that have checked out > 1year ago.

New menu item Reports
Arrivals (do form forms\arrive_pick)
Departures ( do form forms\depart_pick) This one is grayed out. The above one works ONLY if run after compile is selected. If run from the exe, nothing happens

2) When trying to run one form (bookings) from the exe (no problem as with departures above) get Menu manager internal consistency error (Error 1462). There are no special menu handlers for this form, it uses the default project wizard form.

The only menu changes I made were to app_top (sqms_top.mpr) As this project is a major rush, I will pretty up stuff in the new year, but the app MUST be deployed before Xmas, and was due today, an hour and a half ago!
