I've been worked on it for a while, it sat for a few weeks, tweaked it some and now it's doing this. The first thing I checked was it's packed status, it and the classlibs are all packed. There's 94 rows in the scx, mostly from several grids in the form.

I just tried packing it again and the designer load time dropped to 10 seconds. The file sizes didn't change though.

I just thought about something I'm gonna test, they moved me and there's only one network drop for my two machines so they put a hub here. I'm going to try taking the hub out and see if that helps.
