/ Seems that VFP is being selective about saving memos. It SAYS it saved / it, it ACTS like it saved it, until you exit the system and look at the Fox has a wonderful habbit of reocurring bugs. Sometimes in KB I've found bugs that apply to 2.0, 2.5, 2.6a and 3.0 but _not_ to 2.6 :) In 2.6 it sometimes (!) happened that in a situation like this: select first {some commands, never mind} replace second.memo_field with some_text ..the text didn't actually get there. I didn't have time to analyze (seemed like one of those "one tap in one of 200 rooms leaks 5 minutes a month - find it and fix it"), so I've found a workaround - I had to select first {some commands, never mind} select second replace second.memo_field with some_text And it worked happily ever since.
