I see what your trying to do here now. I have one more question for you before I cough up a SQL Select statement that should work...

What field (other than primary key) makes those 1 to 3 IFSP_SVC records different? I'm suspecting maybe svc_type field has 1-3 possible values here? If so, are those 3 possible values static (or rather set in stone, meaning we could query for each of the 3 possible values and then union the three intermediary result sets together)?
