/ found interesting problem: usual size of HPIV file is about 4K and HPIII / file (the same report) growing up to 100 times (400K). Can anybody It's probably due to the printer driver differences, i.e. the version of PCL language; I guess the command sequences in IV are a lot shorter than in III. I tried using the driver for III (in 2.6 dos) and if the font used was proportional it came up with some six or eight bytes of positioning code after every two or three characters of printable text, to force it to be positioned like non-proportional.
