When I mentioned lots of coding, I ment set notify off+ keypress event for controls deiiferent from grid +
some code for texts inside grid columns ( lastkey)+ messages for all this cases.
So the full mechanism looks very not simetrical, one method for controls, one for grid. If it was very easy to have my classes of text boxes inside grid instead of VFP classes without delay in form loading?
