Load order is the order you startup applications.

Lte's say you have a user that launched the VFP app, then Word...then BAM...you are get the error you are describing. Now load Word then the VFP app, the error may go away. What I'm saying is, if you are running multiple applications at the same time, try launching them in a different order.
