I really don't use
large views. Editable views are parameterized so usually the size in the tens of rows, maybe a couple of hundred at most. Read-only views that are
large, for reports etc., don't really compare to xbase dml. By time you set relations, scanned and inserted records to the result you are better off with one or two SQL commands IMHO.
