I am ready to put out what little hair I have left. I have been trying to learn to use FoxIsAPI by working with the FoxWeb example. I had FoxWeb working for a while but I could not duplicate the sucess to other projects. Now I cleaned up my registry and tried again fresh with the FoxWeb example and have suceeded in getting the same error as my other projects.

Then error is a window which pops up when I test from IE or Netscape: "foxweb.exe DLL Initailization Failed"
"Initialization of the dynamic link library C:\WINNT\system32\USER32.dll failed"

I have checked the Execution right for IIS. DComCnfg shows the object, and I checked that IUSR_ has default rights. I get the error from local attempts as well as remote. I have tested each project from the command window and verified that each works. FoxISAPI return an error message to the browser "CoCreateInstance failed with err code 80080005: Server execution failed" but it does not complain about not finding the object.
