Don't use PUBLIC arrays (actually don't use PUBLIC anything). Crteate private arrays in the startup progrma and leave them there, don't release them. They will then be available to everything in your application.

If you want to know why the arrays stille xist, you would need to show us how you are getting rid of them before we could even venture a guess at why they are still there on you.
