Thanks. I remember the discussion, but didn't realize it had been implemented. I took a look, and you're right.

But- I would venture a guess that the foxforum experiment didn't have a big enough sample size. Only the top 15 or so threads actually had ANY votes, and those votes probably came from people who were trying out the voting feature. The most popular thread had only 10 votes. I bet that the same scheme here would get the best threads hundreds of votes per day.
