The standard is big and dense, but I've got a ~100 page summary of the ANSI 92 SQL DDL and DML that's chock full of examples, concise and very complete; it's either a Meckler Press or O'Reilly title. I'll dig about the debris in the office and get an exact title and ISBN if you'd like.
