After using several, including FrontPage, I've settled on NetObjects Fusion.

Some Web hosts don't support the FrontPage extensions necessary. Also, in some cases, FrontPage trashes Netscape browsers. NOF also includes Cold Fusion support.

I've found NOF to be relatively easy to learn and use (at version 4.0, for a Web page newbie). Version 5.0 was just announced. Check it out at
