PMFJI but for future reference, the time out should be stored in boot.ini in the boot drive home dir. c:\boot.ini here. If you can boot the machine and get access to it you can change it in a text editor. Mine looks like:

If you can't boot to it you can always physically move the drive to another working machine as a second drive, boot the working machine and access the drive that way. (Had to do it a couple times myself after a couple stupid Roi tricks *s*)
