Yes, I've installed 'complete' runtime setups quite successfully on a lot of computers. Check the computer you installed the app. on to see if the library files are present (sorry I don't have a list). Then double check to see if you called Foxtools in your app and didn't include it in the setup files. This is VERY common when upgrading from earlier versions of VFP.

Finally, make a set of installation disks which have just the runtime files and a single small text file. It should be 3 disks if I remember correctly, possibly more if you are calling MSGraph or something else. Then use these to install the libraries when necessary. If you're installing on a network, you'll need to have these disks (or the equivalent files on the network) to install on each workstation anyway.
