Hi All,

I am getting this error whenever I try to create a connection in my PC for a database (named MECDb.DBC):

"Connectivity error: [Microsoft][ODBC Visual FoxPro Driver]Cannot open file C:\My Documents\MECSys\MECData\Mecdb.dbc"

The database is a native VFP Database and I choose it using Browse button only.

I tried to create a new Data source under "File DSN" within this connection wizard but it says "Connection cannot be verified. Do you want to save this unverified connection". But if I get out of VFP and goto "Control panel - ODBC (32 bit)" then I can create the connection and upon saving it does not produce this error. However, even after creating outside, if I go into VFP I still cannot establish connection.

Where am I wrong?
